5.2. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the Platform (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing the Services.  

5.3. Instructor Content: Instructors retain ownership of their course content. By uploading course content, instructors grant the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their content for the purpose of providing the Services.  

5.4. Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct

6.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Post or transmit any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation.
  • Engage in any form of cheating or plagiarism.
  • Violate the intellectual property of others.

  • Your use or inability to use the Platform.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your account.  
  • Any errors or omissions in the content.
  • Any conduct of other users.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.  

11. Modifications to Terms

Instructors are independent contractors. The company is not responsible for the content, actions or inactions of instructors.

The platform may contain links to third party websites. The company is not responsible for the content of third party websites.
